Job Description

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
Services include:
- Acute and swing bed rehab
- Outpatient services such as sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
Work within a large, well-equipped outpatient therapy department in a 25-bed critical access hospital.
Enjoy a dynamic and supportive therapy environment with professional camaraderie.
Treatment sessions are 45 minutes long.

Requirements

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Experience

No explicit years of experience stated; default to standard expectations for Rehabilitation Therapy roles.
No prior travel experience required.
