Work Schedule

• 4x10 hour night shifts
• Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Friday through Monday)

Required Credentials & Certifications

• ARRT certification required; ARRT (MR) preferred
• Texas Medical Board - MRT license required
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA certification accepted
• Other certifications may be required as applicable (e.g., PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM) — refer to job details for specifics

Health & Safety Requirements

• Physical exam required within 1 year of start; must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• Fit mask (3M 1860 Regular or 1860S) required; must be updated annually
• Required vaccinations or immunity documentation:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccine (required during flu season; exemptions accepted)
• Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen with THC within 10 business days prior to start; no pending results allowed

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Completion and signing of multiple facility-specific acknowledgments and forms prior to start (e.g., vaccination info, TB and occupational exposure, patient-centered pledge, confidentiality, compliance, background check authorization, traveler identification)
• Orientation includes mandatory modules (~3-4 hours) and parking provided at no cost
• Pass/fail testing required for telemetry nurses (if applicable)

• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests required as applicable
