Work Schedule:
- Friday hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- No weekends required

- Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Average Daily Census: 8 patients
- Rooms/Beds: 20 each

Experience Requirements

Background Checks

- Education verification required (highest level)
- Fingerprinting clearance attestation required for specific units
Health and Immunization
- Physical exam within last 12 months (latex-free PPE available)
- N95 Fit Test within 12 months, updated annually (KN95 not accepted)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years or declination accepted
- Negative TB test (PPD, QGold, or TSPOT) within 3 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - positive titer, 2 vaccines, or approved exemption required
- Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or declination accepted
- Varicella - positive titer, 2 vaccines, or approved exemption required
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months (instant acceptable unless on prescription)
- Seasonal Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season (10/1 start, documentation deadline 11/1)
Certifications (as applicable)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, NIH Stroke Certification, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) - check unit-specific requirements
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exams as applicable
- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required for RNs (not applicable here)
Other Requirements
- 2 professional references within 2 years, at least one from a leader (Charge RN or above)
- Skills checklist required for all candidates
