Job Summary
Seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient clinic experience for a travel contract position. The role involves providing therapy and rehabilitation services with a focus on orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy)
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year (highest required)
- Prior Travel Experience: Preferred depending on experience (not strictly required)
- Licensure: New Hampshire State License required
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Charting: EPIC charting experience required
- Orientation: Provided by clinic manager

Work Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No call, float, or weekend shifts
Documentation & Compliance Requirements
- Background checks including Social Security Verification, National Sex Offender Registry, Criminal Searches (excluding NH counties), Education Verification, and others as required
- Drug screening (10-panel) within 14 days prior to start
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
- Immunizations and titers required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within last 10 years)
- Negative TB test (2-step PPD, Qgold, or Tspot within 1 year) plus TB Questionnaire
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
- Seasonal Flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct 31 - Apr 1) with medical or religious exemptions allowed
- Respiratory Safety Clearance (RespSafety questionnaire) required
- Pass/Fail Basic Dysrhythmia EKG exam within 48 hours of contract signing (specific to Southern New Hampshire facilities)
- Various certifications verification (BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, etc.) as applicable
- Facility-specific forms including immunization waivers and compliance attestations
- Two professional references within last 3 years, including one from a supervisor
Additional Notes
- Travelers who have previously been employed by any facility associated with this health system are not eligible
- Fit mask testing is not required for outpatient Physical Therapy candidates
- Orientation will be conducted onsite by the clinic manager
- No weekend or on-call responsibilities
This position is ideal for a Physical Therapist with outpatient and orthopedic experience who is comfortable with EPIC charting and looking for a structured travel contract in New Hampshire.
