Description

Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Minimum Requirements

Education / Licensure / Certification

Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Hawaii State license as an Occupational Therapist
Current BLS/HCP certification required
All licenses and certifications must be valid throughout the contract duration

Professional Experience

Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient/acute care setting prior to any travel assignments
Experience in comparable size/type medical centers (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) is highly preferred

Other Information

Compliance documentation must be completed and submitted at least 10 days prior to the contract start date; failure to do so will delay the start date and shorten the contract length
Requested Time Off (RTO) is not permitted during the initial contract period

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is required for this position
Hawaii residents are eligible but will not receive traveler rates
Compliance submission must include a current NURSYS report
