Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Position Details
- Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Cardiac
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years (Must have a strong PCU background within the last year)
- First Timers: Accepted only if candidate has EPIC experience and 2 years of experience. No first timers with only 1 year experience.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Call Required: No
- Float Required: Yes, to similar units as needed
- Schedule: Block scheduling may be accommodated but is not guaranteed
- Local Candidates: Accepted with a rate adjustment if within 50 miles
- Pending License: Accepted
- Holiday Work: If contracted during all 3 major winter holidays, must work at least 2 of 3 holidays (subject to unit availability)

- Social Security Verification

- National Criminal Search
- FACIS L3
- Education Verification
- Criminal county/state searches (excluding NH counties)
- NH State Police Search
- BEAS State Registry (NH placements)
- Motor Vehicle Background Check (if applicable)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
- Drug screen: 10 panel within 14 days prior to start (with a 7-day grace period)
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
- Fit mask test annually (N95 or equivalent)
- Immunizations and titers required:
- Tdap (within last 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (True 2-Step PPD, Qgold, or Tspot within 1 year)
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B (titers or vaccines)
- Flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct 31 - Apr 1) or approved exemption
- Respiratory Safety Clearance required for all clinical travelers
- Pass/Fail Dysrhythmia/EKG testing required onsite for certain units

- Professional state license copy (including temporary licenses if applicable)
- SSA release and state-specific releases (NH, MA if applicable)
- Employment application and skills checklist
- Two professional references within last 3 years (one must be a supervisor)
- Photo for badge (passport style, jpeg)
- Auto insurance proof if applicable (Home Health, Hospice, Visiting Nurse)
- Compliance attestations and immunization waivers if applicable
Additional Notes
- Travelers who have ever been employed by the associated health system are not eligible regardless of separation time
- Block scheduling is attempted but not guaranteed
- Float to similar units may be required
