Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience
  • Cardiac drip experience required (must be noted on profile)
  • Dementia experience/management required
  • NIHSS strongly preferred
  • EPIC experience required
• Licenses & Certifications:

  • New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (must be in-hand at profile upload)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Current Nursys verification
• Other:

  • Must have permanent address included in profile
  • Any/all requested time off (RTO) must be included with profile
  • All medical/occupational health compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance; proofs must be uploaded promptly
  • Scheduling requests must be made at time of submission; no scheduling changes will be approved after offer
  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
  • Must have own vehicle (no public transport available; small community)

  • Position will float to Kingsbury as needed

Job Description

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Work Environment

• Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
• EMR system: Epic
• Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
• No non-billable orientation required
• OT and holiday multipliers apply

Additional Notes

• Covid vaccinations strongly recommended but not required
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• This is a small community without public transportation; personal vehicle required
