• Physical exam attesting ability to meet physical demands, updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually
• Immunizations or titers required for: Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Drug screening (9 panel) within last 12 months
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination required (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
• COVID-19 seasonal vaccine required or approved medical/religious exemption
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Completion of skills checklist annually
• Performance and internal evaluations if previously employed over 1 or 2 years respectively

This position offers a structured day shift schedule with no weekend or call requirements, suitable for physical therapists with at least one year of experience and appropriate Missouri licensure.
