Job Description
- Work in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) with experience in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures.
Required Experience
- Specialty: Registered Nurse

- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for renewals.
- Florida AHCA Level II fingerprinting clearance required prior to start (Livescan electronic fingerprinting).
- Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine within 1 year of start.
- Physical exam within 6 months of start.
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually.
- Immunizations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (vaccines or titers as applicable).
- Seasonal flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required.
Onboarding & Training
- Completion of online training modules prior to start (must be done on a computer using Google Chrome).
- Pass/Fail testing on EKG and medication/pharmacology during orientation (2 attempts allowed).
- Medication and competency exams as applicable.
- Acknowledgement of safety manual, HIPAA, and pass/fail testing required.
Additional Requirements
- Two professional references within 2 years of start date required.
- Employment application and skills checklist (updated annually) required.
- Performance evaluation on file if worked with the system over 1 year.
- Radiation badge issued if applicable.
