Job Details

Experience Requirements

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7 Year Background Check required within 1 year of start; must be updated annually
• Government Issued Photo ID required
• I9 or Attestation required
• E-Verify or Attestation required
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
• Education Verification (highest level) or transcript/diploma
• State-specific checks (Texas Employee Misconduct Registry and Employability Status Check) within 30 days of start

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Fit Mask Test (annual; 3M 1860 Regular or 1860S mask)
• TDAP Vaccine within 10 years
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (annual updates not required if criteria met)
• TB Questionnaire (annual)
• Rubeola (Measles) – Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
• Mumps – Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
• Rubella – Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
• Hepatitis B – Positive titer, series, or declination accepted
• Varicella – Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
• Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen with THC within 10 business days prior to start; no pending results allowed
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination or approved exemption for 2025-26 season

Additional Requirements

• 2 References required within 3 years of start
• Copy of Resume/Application required
• Skills Checklist (annual update required)
• Completion of facility-specific documents and acknowledgments prior to start (e.g., vaccination info, TB and occupational exposure, patient-centered pledge, confidentiality, compliance agreements)
• Completion of orientation modules (~3-4 hours)
