Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Therapy (Contract)

Location: Honakaa, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Job Description

Provide professional occupational therapy services under general supervision.
Perform diagnostic assessments and prepare/implement treatment plans.
Work primarily in SNF/inpatient settings, with some outpatient duties.
May provide all therapy services for a unit, center, or facility.
Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed; services provided 24/7.
Typical schedule: 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat).
Equipment used: EMR system (Meditech).

Requirements

Licensure: Must have an active Hawaii State license by the start of the assignment.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one adult setting such as Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, or outpatient.
Prior Travel Experience: Not required.

Additional Information

Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.
Do not accept the start date if unable to arrive on time.
