Job Details
- Must know how to operate Siemens MRI equipment
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM (5x8s)
- Open to discussing block schedule accommodations

Required Certifications
- ARRT MR (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only, RQI acceptable

Background and Compliance Requirements

- Fit Mask Test within 12 months (specific respirators approved)
- Immunizations and Titers:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (preferred but not required)
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required (no declinations)
- Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination required
- Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required (no declinations)
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required for flu season (9/30 - 3/31)
- Color Blind Exam (Ishihara or equivalent) with 100% minimum score
- References: Minimum 2 from recent employment with supervisory titles, verified within 2 years
- Employment Application: Current with full work history and explanations for gaps over 30 days
- Skills Checklist: Completed within 12 months and updated annually
- Application must cover 7 years of history with all gaps accounted for
Facility Specific Requirements
- Completion of facility-specific compliance and confidentiality agreements prior to start
- Completion of orientation packets and tests as required

Summary
This is a travel/contract MRI Technologist position requiring ARRT MR and BLS certifications, with experience operating Siemens MRI equipment. Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory. The contract is approximately 13 weeks long with a weekday evening shift. Candidates must meet comprehensive background, health, and immunization requirements, and complete facility-specific compliance documentation prior to starting. Prior travel experience is not required.
