Work Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekends as needed

Job Requirements

• Oncology Ambulatory Nurse experience
• Chemotherapy certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Required Experience

• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (TB test) with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements)
• Physical/Health Statement (fit to work within last year)
• Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)

Professional & Background Screening Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the last year
• 2 professional references
• Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years)
• Employment verifications covering last 7 years
• Education verification (highest degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
