Job Details

• Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM

Required Certifications

• ACLS (AHA only; Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable)
• BLS (AHA or ARC accepted; Instructor, Provider, and RQI for AHA acceptable)
• PALS (AHA only; Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) – check if required
• Tech Cert Verification - National (required within 30 days of start)
• State License (Primary source verification required within 30 days of start; permanent license in-hand required; temporary licenses not accepted)
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days of start
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) administered onsite (2 attempts allowed)

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 60 days of start, including all locations lived/worked in past 7 years and all aliases
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 60 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 60 days of start
• Education verification of highest level attained
• Missouri State Mandated MO EDL Search Results within 60 days of start

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Mask Fit Test within 12 months of start (specific mask models required)
• Negative TB test (PPD, QGOLD, or TSPOT) within 1 year of start; if positive, clear chest x-ray within 5 years and TB questionnaire within 1 year
• TB Questionnaire updated annually (required for all candidates)
• Immunizations or positive titers required for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (vaccine series, positive titer, or declination)
  • Varicella
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine required if assigned to NICU or Family Birthplace, administered within 10 years of start
• Seasonal Flu Vaccination required (September 1 - March 31), with deadline October 31; exemptions allowed with documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start

Competency and Skills Requirements

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
• Color Blind Testing (Relias online exam acceptable)
• Competency Exams as applicable to specialty
• Annual Skills Checklist required
• Core HIPAA testing or signed Lotus HIPAA form (for subcontractors)

Facility Specific Requirements

• Clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Completion of facility E-Learning within 3-5 days of receiving access
• Influenza Verification and exemption forms as applicable

This position requires a dedicated X-Ray Tech with at least 2 years of experience in Radiology/Cardiology, appropriate certifications, and compliance with all background, health, and competency requirements. The role involves night shifts on weekends and a 13-week travel contract in Missouri.
