• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 9 AM - 9 PM
• Saturday call: 9 PM - 9 AM

Experience Requirements

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Positive titer or proof of vaccination required; declinations/exemptions not accepted
• Hepatitis B: Positive titer, 3-dose vaccine series, or declination required
• Flu vaccine documentation required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with proper waiver
• COVID-19 vaccine: New Comirnaty mRNA 2024-2025 booster required or facility-specific waiver form

Orientation and Facility Requirements

• Completion of HealthStream modules prior to start (2-3 hours, must be done by Friday before Monday start)
• Various facility-specific documents and acknowledgments required before start, including:

  • Commitment to Excellence Standards
  • Staff Orientation and Confidentiality agreements
  • Flu and COVID medical/religious waivers if applicable
  • Photo for badge
• Fit mask and color blind exams completed onsite during orientation

• Technologist will be working alone, requiring broad ultrasound skills
• Candidate must be able to handle a variety of ultrasound exams independently
