Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic

Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- One Saturday per month at the hospital
Work Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient needs (more pressing need for inpatient)
EMR System: MedHost
Scrub Color: Any
On Call: No
48-hour Guarantee: No
Block Scheduling: No

Requirements

Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years (inpatient & outpatient experience required)
Licensure:
- Current New Mexico state licensure required
- Pending NM state licensure accepted if included with submission
Certifications: BLS required
Additional: Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers
