Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin

Job Details
- Start Date: May 4, 2026
- Shift: 4x10 hour days per week
- 2 days: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 2 days: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic
- Patient Care: 60-minute one-on-one sessions, no overlapping patients
- Work Environment: Treatment rooms surrounding a large gym space
Experience & Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty
- Prior Travel Experience: Not accepted for first-time travelers (prior travel experience required)
- Locals Accepted: Yes, but at a lower rate
- Licensure:
- Wisconsin Physical Therapist License preferred
- State license required (pending license acceptable)
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Background Checks:
- 7-year background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Other Requirements:
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test (QGold) within 1 year of start
- Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (October to March)
- Professional references: 2 verified within 2 years of start

- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
- Candidates must be able to complete all required health and compliance documentation prior to start.
- The position involves outpatient orthopedic therapy with a focus on individualized patient care.
- The work schedule is consistent with four 10-hour days per week, providing a balanced work-life structure.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced physical therapists with outpatient orthopedic experience who have prior travel contract experience and hold or are eligible for a Wisconsin PT license.
