Job Opportunity: PT Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist)

Job Description

  • Home Health Physical Therapist role
  • Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (08:00 - 17:00)
  • Service area covers multiple zip codes within Washington DC; may be asked to float to cover other zip codes as needed
  • Use of personal vehicle required; must have reliable transportation with all licensure and insurance in good standing
  • Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients

Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • MD license required
    • BLS certification required
    • Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
  • Travel Experience:
    • First-time travelers accepted (no prior travel experience required) but must have OASIS experience

Additional Information

  • Contractors are assigned to groups of zip codes based on staffing needs
  • Mileage reimbursement applies from first to last patient of the day
