Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Huntington, West Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 13 weeks as specified)
Shifts: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)


Job Description

  • Physical exam within 1 year of start, attesting ability to meet physical demands
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start; annual TB questionnaire required
  • Immunizations and titers required or documentation of immunity for:
    • Measles (Rubeola)
    • Mumps
    • Rubella
    • Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
    • Varicella
  • Seasonal flu vaccination required (or approved medical/religious exemption)
  • COVID-19 seasonal vaccine required; declination form required if opting out

Facility-Specific Requirements

  • Completion of facility-specific orientation and annual education modules prior to or shortly after start
  • Completion of confidentiality agreement, attestation forms, and IT access agreements before start
  • N95 fit test onsite at orientation (male candidates must be clean-shaven)
  • Submission of exemption forms for flu and vaccine if applicable (must be approved prior to start)
  • Creation of facility-specific account for timekeeping prior to start

  • Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
  • Completed employment application/resume
