Job Description

Home Health Physical Therapist role
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (08:00 - 17:00)
Service area covers multiple zip codes within Washington DC; may be asked to float to cover other zip codes as needed
Use of personal vehicle required for travel between patients; must have a reliable vehicle with proper licensure and insurance
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients

Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:
- MD license required
- BLS certification required
- Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
Travel Experience:
- First-time travelers accepted (prior travel experience NOT required)

Additional Notes

Locals within 60 miles may be accepted at a lower rate (not relevant for pay details here)
Contractors are expected to submit weekly mileage with time card submissions
