Job Opportunity: RN - Klein Center LTC - Evenings
Location: West Burlington, Iowa

Job Description
- Provide routine daily nursing care and other services according to each resident’s assessment, choices, and care plan.
- Collaborate closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions.
- Facility size: 160 beds.
- Resident-to-nurse ratios to be discussed during the interview.
- Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Position can also be filled by an LPN.
Required Experience
- Specialty: RN LTC

Certifications & Licenses Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required for clinical positions.

- TB test: Negative test within past year or appropriate documentation if history of positive test.
- Health statement/physician statement within last 12 months.
- Unexpired government-issued photo ID.
- Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted.
- Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years; declination accepted.
- Background check within 30 days of start (includes SS trace, county searches, nationwide sex offender check).
- Iowa Adult and Child Abuse clearance.
- EPLS/GSA/SAM HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start.
- Professional references: 2 required, including 1 supervisor reference.
- Resume or profile submission required.
- I-9 attestation completed.
- Color vision test.
- OSHA questionnaire completed by candidate.
- Influenza vaccine or facility declination accepted (seasonal requirement, due by Dec 1 annually).
