Job Description

This position is to replace a current staff member who will not be resigning.

Required Experience

  • Varicella
• Seasonal Flu Vaccination required during flu season (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
• COVID-19 vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption required.

Documentation & Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried during hours of service.

• Signed acknowledgment of HIPAA and safety manuals.
