Job Opportunity: Sonographer

Location: Boise, Idaho
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Required Certification:
- RDMS by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography with OB/GYN and Nuchal Translucency (NT)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Preferred Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

Experience Requirements

Specialty: Sonographer

Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption
2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test with chest x-ray if positive TB
Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
System Access Form completed one week before start
Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, including experience within the last year
RDMS certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography
