Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience
- Minimum 2 years of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) experience

Certifications
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Preferred: Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
- Other certifications may be required depending on unit specifics (e.g., ACLS preferred for OR but not required)
