Job Description

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Patient population:

  • 90% outpatient orthopedic
  • 10% inpatient (for evaluations)
• Local candidates accepted

Requirements

Experience

• Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy)

Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA or ARC accepted

Background Checks

• 7-year background check (updated annually) including SS Trace, county searches, nationwide sex offender registry

• Physical exam within 1 year of start (not required annually)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start; annual updates required for positive responders
• Immunizations or proof of immunity for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start (instant acceptable; not required annually)
