Job Details
- Accepts 36 - 48 hour contracts
- Every other weekend required
- Easter shift required
Required Qualifications
License & Certifications
- Current RN license in Florida (Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start)
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
- Must complete license/certificate verification within 30 days prior to assignment
- Driver’s License/State ID (must be valid and match address requirements)
Experience
- Specialty: RN Telemetry I

Mandatory Health & Safety Requirements
- MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)

- Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually
Onboarding & Competency Requirements
- Ascension Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA, etc.) completed within 1 year, updated every 3 years
- Ascension EKG Exam with passing score (80% minimum, 2 attempts allowed)
- Ascension Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Ascension Cerner Test-Out
- Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding (onsite)
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation
- Ascension Color Vision test completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
- Ascension Nova StatStrip training
- Ascension Unit Specific Checklist (optional for onboarding)
Professional Documentation
- Resume/Profile submission required
- At least two professional references prior to first assignment
- Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days prior to first assignment, updated annually)
- Employment Verification for past 7 years (updated annually)
- Education Verification within 90 days prior to start
- Confirmation of Assignment documentation required upon initial assignment and updates for extensions
- Badge Photo (white or blue background, no alterations)
