Job Opportunity: Emergency Room RN (Night Shift)
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
- Perform safe, rapid, and accurate triage based on physical and psychosocial needs.
- Communicate effectively with ER Physicians and APP providers regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, APP providers, allied health staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide direction to Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health staff.
- Receive direction from Emergency Department Leader, Providers, and Chief Nursing Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license for Montana
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
Experience
- Specialty: Nursing (Emergency Room)
- Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard ER RN experience required
