Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: Paris, Tennessee
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Details

• 0630-1630 Monday through Thursday or five 8-hour days
• No on-call or weekend shifts required
• Lead position requiring proficiency to work independently

Job Requirements

• Must be able to operate GE camera and perform cardiac (heart) studies
• Experience with GE operating systems required
• Facility primarily performs Nuclear Medicine studies and uses Nuc Trac for dose tracking

Required Qualifications

• CNMT certification (ARRT or NMTCB)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty (Nuclear Medicine Tech)
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions accepted

Additional Requirements

• Background check within 30 days of start, including all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• Government-issued photo ID required during hours of service
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• N95 Fit Mask test within 1 year of start (no PAPR allowed)
• Negative 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start
• COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required prior to start
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Complete employment application/resume required
• Skills checklist as applicable to specialty

Certifications to Maintain

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Other certifications as applicable per specialty and facility requirements
