Job Opportunity: Home Health RN (Nursing)

Location: Newport, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 25 weeks

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Some weekend coverage required
On-call only for emergencies

Job Requirements

Must have OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience
Home Health and Hospice experience required
Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes
Valid driver’s license in good standing
BLS certification required
