Job Details

• Job Title: Danvers Ultrasound Tech - 40hrs Days
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Work Setting: One Ultrasound room located in a radiology suite at an off-site office park
• Patient Population: Outpatient schedule
• Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:1
• EMR System: EPIC
• Floating: Not required
• Rotating Shifts: Not required

Required Qualifications & Compliance

• Licensure: Must hold appropriate Ultrasound Technician licensure/certification as required for the position (RDMS credentials as above).
• Primary Source Verification: Professional license and/or certification must be verified within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration. Conditional licenses are not accepted.
• Health & Immunization Requirements:

  • N95 Fit Test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no onsite fit testing).
  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity via blood test.
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions.
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break.
  • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred (declination accepted).
  • Tdap vaccine preferred within last 10 years.
  • If positive TB test, documentation of negative chest x-ray required.
• Background Checks & Verifications:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI.
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually.
  • Social Security Number trace and education verification required.
• Additional Documentation:

  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
  • Two recent professional references (minimum one supervisor or above).
  • Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission.
  • Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required.
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions.

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• No floating or rotating shifts required.
• Work is outpatient with a 1:1 clinician to patient ratio.
