Required Qualifications
- Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Hepatitis B: Positive titer, series, or declination accepted; boosters if titer low/equivocal
- Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines; boosters if non-immune
- Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen with THC within 10 business days prior to start; facility drug screen upon arrival mandatory
- Seasonal flu vaccination or exemption required for 2025-26 season
