Location: Odessa, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Position: Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU)
  • Must be willing to float to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Emergency Room (for Critical Care holds)

Required Certifications

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor, Provider, RQI acceptable)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor, Provider, RQI acceptable)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TCAR
  • NIH Stroke Certification (6 hours total stroke education; can be provided if needed)
  • EKG course completion (can be provided if needed)
  • Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) - Pharmacology exam onsite at orientation (3 attempts allowed)
  • Other certifications as applicable: PALS, NRP, CHEMO, EFM, ENPC (refer to job details for applicability)

    • Flu vaccine or declination during flu season (Oct-April); mask required if declined until March 31st
