Location: Woodward, Oklahoma

Job Description
- Perform OB/GYN, abdomen, small parts, vascular, and head/neck ultrasound exams.
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Must hold a valid and current license for Ultrasound Tech (per specialty and discipline).
- Current and valid Driver’s License or State-issued ID required.
- Required certifications (must be current upon submission):
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or ARC required for all positions.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA or ARC only, e-cards accepted.
- Other certifications may be required depending on unit assignment; verify unit-specific requirements.
- National certification verification required within 30 days of start (e.g., ARRT for Rad Tech).
- Background checks including 7-year criminal background, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, OFAC sanctions list, and education verification required.
- Physical exam within 1 year of start stating good health and ability to perform job duties.
- Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen including marijuana (required within 30 days prior to start).
- Immunizations and health documents required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (Tdap mandatory for certain units)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations or positive titers
- Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
- Varicella vaccination, titer, or history of chickenpox
- Flu vaccine required annually (or approved medical/religious exemption)
- COVID vaccination strongly preferred (declinations accepted with agency form)
- Fit mask testing required onsite on first day.
- Facility-specific orientation and safety training required, including HIPAA and OSHA acknowledgments.
- Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency testing required and must be updated annually.
- Skills checklist and work history verification required.
- References: Two former direct supervisor references required (one within 1 year, one within 3 years).
