Job Opportunity: Dietitian (Travel/Contract)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Days, 5x8 hour shifts
• Call: Every 3rd weekend

  • Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

• Return to Work (RTO) Restrictions:

  • No holiday RTO
  • Maximum 5 total RTO days in 13-week assignment
  • No additional RTO after submission or while working contract
  • No RTO day before, day of, and day after a holiday

  • Any missed scheduled shift counts as unexcused
  • 2 missed shifts = warning

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dietary Services

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Dietitian (per job specialty)
• Background check within 30 days of start, including 7-year criminal search
• Copy of diploma or transcript required (cannot be pending at start)
• Physical exam within 1 year stating "cleared to work" with physician signature
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years if prior positive)
• Required immunizations or titers:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (series, positive titer, or signed declination)
  • Varicella
• Drug test within 30 days of start (10-panel, negative results)
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season (Oct 1 - May 1)
• 2 professional references required prior to start
• Work history verification for last 3 years (attestations acceptable, can be pending at start)
• Annual skills checklist for unit required
• Compliance with facility-specific modules and documentation prior to start (e.g., Oracle modules, badge photo, confidentiality agreement, handbook acknowledgment)

Additional Notes

• First-time travelers are welcome
• Candidates must commit to going into the lab within 48-72 hours of signing
• Strict attendance and RTO policies apply; candidates should be aware before submission
