Job Details

• Required Experience: 3 years in Diagnostic/Interventional Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR)

Required Certifications and Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• ARRT(R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography)
• Washington State License (ETA 10 weeks; pending license acceptable)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Diagnostic/Interventional Cath Lab and IR
• Valid Washington State license for Radiology / Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT(R) certification

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background checks including 7-year search, SSN trace, federal and state checks required within 60 days of start
• Social Security verification required (candidates may start pending this if I-9 and eVerify are on file)
• Education verification required (transcripts or diploma acceptable if school closed)
• WA State Patrol check must be run within 90 days prior to start (for WA placements)

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask test within 1 year and updated annually (N95 fit testing onsite if providing patient care)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (or TB questionnaire if positive TB history)
• Required immunizations or documented immunity/declinations for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Drug testing within 30 days of start (specific panels required)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved declination during flu season (11/01 – 03/31)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious exemption documentation

Orientation and Training

• Must complete PeaceHealth Orientation Manual and pass Orientation Information Quiz with 100% score prior to start
• Complete discipline-specific PeaceHealth Orientation Module in WorkRamp with 100% score prior to start
• Review and comply with PeaceHealth policies including dress code, masking, personnel restrictions due to illness, workplace violence prevention, and daily responsibilities

• Locals are not accepted for this position
• Passport-style photo with white or gray background required for badge
• Various facility-specific forms and checklists must be completed prior to start
• Two professional references from Charge RN or higher covering 1 year in specialty within last 3 years required
• Employment history verification for last 7 years with proof of 1 year in specialty required
