Description

Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech - Radiology

Location: Durant, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday (variable hours)

Job Description

Provide timely diagnostic mammography services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
Perform routine mammography procedures including screening, diagnostic mammography, needle localization, and specimen imaging.
Additional responsibilities may include basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
Work with EMR system Cerner.
No call or floating required.
48-hour guaranteed shifts may not be accommodated.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist, including experience within the last year.
Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in Mammography.
Completed mammography and bone density technologist training.
Graduate of an accredited AMA school with relevant technologist training.

Additional Information

Shift schedule includes variable hours on Tuesday through Saturday.
Scrub color is flexible.
