Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of clinic experience within the last year, preferably in an outpatient setting
Demonstrated Urology experience with Urology skills rated 4/4 on skills checklist
Comfortable with catheterization
