Travel Registered Nurse (Step Down)

Job Overview

• Must pass an online EKG Tele Competency Assessment prior to starting.
• Floating requirements: Traveler will float at Premier’s discretion, including assignments in specialty clusters such as High Risk Respiratory Unit/COVID.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Employer reserves the right to cancel up to 2 shifts during the 13-week contract and may cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Stepdown nursing experience, with recent Stepdown experience within the last year
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience working with High Risk patients

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Floating assignments possible, including support in various specialty units.
• Work every other weekend and holidays.
• Not eligible for employee incentives.
