Job Description

• Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health services
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
• Locals allowed at the same rate

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience in a Home Health setting

Additional Requirements

• Background checks including DMV driving record from state of license issuance
• Fingerprint-based national criminal background check (Virginia VSP)
• Completion of facility-specific documents including confidentiality agreement, dress code, safety brochure, drug-free policy, hand washing hygiene policy, and sworn disclosure
• Photo for badge meeting specific guidelines
• Annual updates for certain documents and competencies as applicable
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as required by profession

Prior Travel Experience

• No explicit prior travel experience required
