Job Opportunity: Surgical Tech IV (CST/ORT)

Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

Specialty: Operating Room (CVOR - Cardiovascular Surgery)
Shift: Day
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Number of Openings: 1
Required Certification: CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
Required Experience: Minimum 4+ years in specialty, including experience in cardiovascular surgery
Call/Weekend/Float Requirements: None

Key Responsibilities

Anticipate surgeon and operative team needs regarding care delivery
Maintain sterile technique and patient comfort during procedures
Work specifically in cardiovascular operating room settings

Required Qualifications

Valid CVOR Technologist license in Arkansas
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Minimum 4 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year

No call or weekend hours required
