Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)
Location: Vancouver, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Requires 1 year of experience in Cath Lab Tech/Angio Tech
- Shift: 4x10 hour days, Monday-Friday
- On-call: One weeknight per week and one weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) per month, with opportunities for additional on-call shifts if desired
- Must be willing to float within the site and across the system; refusal to float will result in contract cancellation
- Travelers must complete any assigned education within one week of assignment
- Low census mandatory cancellation terms apply (must cancel 1.5 hours before shift start; one mandatory cancellation allowed per two-week pay period without penalty)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Cath Lab Technologist experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Experience working with Neonate patients
Additional Requirements
- Must sign Floating Acknowledgement form
- Must review facility policies and procedures prior to start
- Two professional references required (supervisory or above, within 3 years)
Prior Travel Experience
- No explicit prior travel experience required
Summary
This is a travel contract position for a Cath Lab Tech with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires flexibility to float within the system, on-call availability, and compliance with comprehensive licensing, certification, background, health, and immunization requirements.
