Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular
Location: Durham, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 11 weeks
Job Description
- Position focused on vascular ultrasound, primarily patients with peripheral vascular disease.
- First-time travelers are welcome.
- No on-call or weekend shifts required.
- Scrub color: Blue / Royal Blue.
- Orientation sessions held bi-weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Vascular Technologist license in North Carolina.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Vascular Technologist, with experience within the last year.
- Experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.
Work Environment & Schedule
- No weekends or on-call duties.
- Scrubs color: Blue / Royal Blue.
- Orientation is mandatory and held bi-weekly.
Notes
- Local candidates are also eligible.
- Prior travel experience is NOT required.
- Candidate must set up a facility-specific guest account prior to clearance.
- Competency exams and pass/fail testing will be conducted during orientation.
