Job Details

• Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
• Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Years of Experience Required: 2 years preferred
• Prior Travel Experience: Preferred but not required
• Charting System: Epic

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Texas State Physical Therapist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in an Acute Care setting

Additional Requirements

• Completion of unit-specific skills checklist annually
• Work history verification for the past 7 years
• Completion of employment application/resume
• Compliance with facility-specific safety and orientation protocols
• Photo for badge identification

Notes

• Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates residing in certain Texas counties are not eligible for this travel contract
• Orientation and training may be required prior to start
• Compliance with all health and safety documentation is mandatory for clearance and continued employment
