Job Opportunity: EP Lab Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: 3 x 12-hour day shifts with 3 late stays as assigned per a six-week schedule
Unit Ratio: 1:3
Float Requirement: None
Job Description
- Work in the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab as a Registered Nurse.
- Utilize telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and equipment including Cardio Lab, Medconnect, Zoll, and Life Pak.
- Parking is available on campus; no shuttle service needed after evening shifts.
- Facility requires all employees to have the seasonal flu vaccine.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in District of Columbia
- Minimum 2 years of Electrophysiology Lab experience
- Electrophysiology Lab experience within the last year
- Telemetry experience
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
