Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Therapy Rehab

Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Specialty: Therapy Rehab
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Call Requirements: None

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
Occupational Therapist (OTR or LOTR) license required
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Job Responsibilities

Perform objective occupational therapy assessments under general supervision
Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages
Follow departmental policies and procedures regarding referrals

Work Environment

EMR system: EPIC
Patient population: All ages (specific patient types not detailed)
Dress code: Black scrubs
