Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist (Oncology)

Location: Maumee, Ohio

Job Description

• Deliver quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
• Perform treatment simulations and fabricate necessary shielding blocks.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prepare equipment for patient treatments and perform quality control and assurance tests.
• Ensure proper infection control techniques and adhere to radiation safety and protection practices.
• Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff.
• Follow nationally accepted standards of practice and quality patient care guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in radiation therapy.
• ARRT (T) certification required.
• Experience with Linear Accelerator (LINAC), specifically TrueBeam by VARIAN.
