Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Schedule: Thursday through Saturday (Friday-Saturday weekend required)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

• Special Requirements: Experience with EPIC electronic health record system required
• NICU Experience: Must have Pediatric and Level 2 NICU experience

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience working with Pediatric patients
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Copy of Driver’s License/State ID (must match state of compact license if applicable)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Background Check: 7-year criminal check within a year of start, including SS Trace, Counties, Nationwide, Sex Offender, Facis level 3
• Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start (annual update required)
• Tdap vaccine within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start (annual update required)
• Required vaccinations or proof of immunity: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
• Proof of 2 clinical references
• Skills checklist and performance evaluations as applicable

Additional Notes

• Pending licenses are not accepted
• Fingerprinting required for school placements only (not applicable here)
• NIH Stroke Certification and other certifications listed are not required for this specialty unless specified
• Candidates must be prepared to comply with all facility-specific health and safety protocols
