Travel/Contract Registered Nurse (ICU) - Georgia, Cartersville
Job Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (ICU)
- Location: Cartersville, Georgia
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
Experience Requirements
- Minimum Specialty Experience: 2 years (hard stop)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not required (unit accepts first-time travelers)
Work Schedule
- Weekend shifts every other weekend
- No on-call required
- Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
- Holiday work expected if major holidays fall during assignment (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, with ICU experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
