• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: 7 days max

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA provider or AHA RQI only (No Laerdal RQI)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA provider or AHA RQI only (No Laerdal RQI)

Preferred Certifications

• NIH Stroke Certification (as applicable)

Required Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for Illinois
• NURSYS verification required within 30 days of assignment start

Required Qualifications & Documents

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year ICU nursing experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

• Candidates must complete facility orientation modules (~2 hours) prior to start
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccine religious and medical exemption forms available; must be submitted at least one week prior to documentation due date for approval
• Prior travel experience is not required for this position

This position offers a structured ICU nursing role with a 1:2 patient ratio, requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience and standard critical care certifications. The facility uses Epic for charting and requires weekend and floating availability.
