Job Opportunity: RN - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Mt. Pleasant, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description

• Provide routine daily nursing care and other services based on resident assessments, choices, and care plans.
• Assigned to a primary household of approximately 16 residents.
• Collaborate closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions.
• Provide skilled nursing care for residents with complex needs.
• Work schedule: 8-hour shifts, alternating between 40 hours one week and 32 hours the next, totaling 72 hours over 2 weeks.
• Every other weekend required.

Required Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Specialty: Registered Nurse in Long Term Care.
• Years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum experience typical for LTC RN roles.
• Prior travel experience: Not required.
